If events in this world prevent us from meeting in person, we will automatically move your registration to our virtual format.
NOTE - If we cannot meet in person or by virtual, we will apply your registration as a donation.

Refund Policy:
As a ministry, we do not and cannot give refunds, we are a ministry and funds are allocated as we receive them. However we can give credit towards another CONTENT conference or gathering and/or apply your reg fee as a gift to another person asking for a scholarship.
You may want to look at "Purchase Protection" on
the registration form.

WAIVER AND RELEASE
We are excited that you will be joining us for CONTENT! By registering for the conference, attending the conference and/or entering Capernaum Studios, you are acknowledging and confirming your agreement with the following:
I understand that there has been a resurgence of novel coronavirus, COVID-19. While CONTENT has taken preventative measures to be compliant with all regulations and ensure your safety (see our website for details), I understand that CONTENT cannot guarantee that me, my family members or my guests will not become infected with COVID-19.I understand that the CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. I understand that is the responsibility of any guests to evaluate their own risk in determining whether to attend any public event. I understand that people who show no symptoms can spread COVID-19 (if they are infected) and that any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, and CONTENT cannot guarantee that I (or my minor children) will not be exposed during our visit.
By choosing to participate in CONTENT, I agree that I am voluntarily assuming the risk of potentially contracting an illness or suffering an injury and I agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Christian Media Association, Capernaum Studios and their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers and sponsors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all damages, claims or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to my participation in any activities or programs of CONTENT. I understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of CONTENT or Capernaum Studios.
I agree to observe and comply with the following rules during my visit to CONTENT:
Capernaum Studios is a working set located in a rural setting and all guests should be aware of their surroundings and take reasonable precautions to protect themselves and their group.
DO NOT ENTER the “restricted” areas past the village and marketplace.
Smoking IS PERMITTED ONLY in designated smoking areas. No Smoking in any indoor or outdoor facility (including but not limited to the Hilltop House, the Garden, the Village, the Marketplace, the Pavilion, marked and unmarked walking paths, or any other area not specifically designated for smoking with a green “designated smoking area” sign.)
No Alcohol or Drugs allowed on the Property whatsoever.
No inappropriate or disrespectful pictures may be posted on the internet or social media of any area of the “Capernaum” property including but not limited to the Statues in the Statue Garden, Hilltop House, Market Place Stands, and Stone Buildings in the Village (Violators may face civil lawsuit for damages).
No climbing on, jumping from, defacing, or otherwise damaging structures or property including but not limited to statues, stone buildings, walkways, fences, or any other private property of Capernaum Studios.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY. EXCEPT FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY ON THE PREMISES THAT IS PROXIMATELY CAUSED BY OR RESULTS DIRECTLY FROM THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF CONTENT OR Capernaum Studios, I WILL AND DO HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE FROM ALL LIABILITY AND TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, OBLIGATIONS, SUITS, DAMAGES, PENALTIES, CLAIMS, COSTS, CHARGES AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND OTHER PROFESSIONAL FEES (IF AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW), THAT MAY BE IMPOSED UPON, INCURRED BY, OR ASSERTED AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES ARISING, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH MY VISIT TO, USE OF OR PARTICIPATION IN CONTENT2020 OR ANY ACTIVITIES ON THE PREMISES OF Capernaum Studios, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: (A) ANY ACTIVITY OR THING DONE IN, ON OR ABOUT THE PREMISES BY MYSELF, MY EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR INVITEES; (B) ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY; (C) ANY FAILURE ON MY PART TO COMPLY WITH THIS AGREEMENT; (D) ANY NEGLIGENT OR OTHERWISE TORTIOUS ACT OR OMISSION OF MYSELF, MY EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT Capernaum Studios IS LOCATED IN A RUSTIC, RURAL OUTDOOR SETTING AND IS INTENDED TO CONVEY AN AUTHENTIC FIRST CENTURY EXPERIENCE. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT (A) THE PROPERTY HAS NUMEROUS AREAS OF UNEVEN TERRAIN, SOMEWHAT STEEP RAMPS, NUMEROUS STAIRS (CONCRETE, ROCK, AND WOODEN) AND GRASSY AND ROCKY HILLS WHICH MAY CREATE A RISK OF INJURY FROM FALLING, TRIPPING, OR SLIPPING, (B) THERE IS WILDLIFE (INCLUDING SNAKES, COYOTES, SCORPIONS, SPIDERS, TICKS, AND OTHER ANIMALS) THAT MAY BE ACTIVE ON THE PROPERTY AND CAN CAUSE INJURY. BY VISITING Capernaum Studios, I ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISK OF DAMAGE OR INJURY TO ANY PERSON INCLUDING MYSELF OR MY CHILDREN (INCLUDING CHILDREN OF WHOM I AM THE GUARDIAN) OR PROPERTY IN, ON, OR ABOUT THE PREMISES FROM ANY CAUSE OTHER THAN THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF CAPERNAUM.
For purposes of this agreement, any reference to Capernaum Studios shall include Capernaum Studios, Dramatic Worship Ministries, Inc., Tammy Lane Productions, Inc. and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, affiliated entities, employees, volunteers, agents, successors and assigns. Any reference to CONTENT shall include Christian Media Association and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents and sponsors.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA RELEASE
I grant Christian Media Association, CONTENT, Capernaum Studios, and their authorized representatives permission to
photograph, record, livestream, and otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, and appearance while I attend or participate
in CONTENT. I authorize them to use, reproduce, edit, publish, exhibit, distribute, and display these materials, in whole or
in part, in any lawful media now known or later developed, including websites, social media, email, advertising, promotional
materials, broadcasts, and archival materials, for purposes related to CONTENT and its ministry and promotional activities.
I understand that I will not receive compensation for this use and that I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished
materials. To the extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Christian Media Association, CONTENT, Capernaum
Studios, and their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and sponsors from claims arising from the
authorized use of these materials, including claims based on privacy or publicity rights. If I am signing for a minor, I represent
that I am the minor's parent or legal guardian and give this permission on the minor's behalf.
